A 50% rental deposit is due upon booking, with the balance due two weeks prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is 11am. We are flexible with the days of the week, guests are looking to stay.

We prefer Visa or Mastercard, but will also accept bank checks (no personal checks).

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, we will make every effort to book the space again, and if successful, will return your whole deposit, less the credit card processing fees.

We LOVE dogs! That said, we ask that they are kept off all furniture and that guests are considerate of one another, when taking their four-legged friends out for a walk or down to the beach area.

No smoking is permitted.

• Double Trouble! If you are interested in renting a second cottage on the property, we will take 5% off of your total stay!
• Family Reunions! We have THREE cabins on the property. For those interested in renting all three for a minimal of a full week, we offer a 10% discount off your total stay.
• Earn Free Weekends! For every 10 days (combined) that you stay during the year, you get a FREE off peak weekend (Kayak’s included)!
